Hello! In order to provide better service and cheaper price, Homeinn express hotel will upgrade the Customers Management System on 12th March 2012. The function of company agreement card will change after upgrade as below:
1、The clients who held gold cards and enjoyed 15 percent off will enjoy the lowest agreement price since the upgrade date(not higher than 15 percent off, the sale price was determined by the actual price)
2、The clients who held ordinary cards and enjoyed 10 percent off will still enjoy the 10 percent off )
The clients who held agreement ordinary cards checks in 200 rooms and nights per month and checks in over three cities (contain three) will be upgraded to Homeinn agreement gold card and enjoy the lowest price in hotels under Homeinn express hotel brand.( not higher than 15 off, the sale price was determined by the actual price)
Ordinary cards and gold cards will not be added points. The former points which were produced before upgrade can be used during the valid date.
Thank you for your continously support and great kindness to Homeinn express hotels, we will innovate all the time to provide you more convenient and quicker staying in experiencee. Please forgive us for the inconvenience caused by function changing of agreement cards.
First、Hominee membership member join and upgrade
1、E member
Register freely on official websit www.bthhotels.com or mobile website m.bthhotels.com, BTG Homeinn client (APP), Wechat ,and other designated channel by BTG Homeinn hotel group
2、silver member
Purchase silver member at branchs’front desks under BTG Homeinn hotel group or on designated channel by BTG Homeinn hotel group (including official website) to become silver member
If a E member stays in one night or accumulation growth value is more than 500 in one member year , BGT Homeinn hotel group silver member will be given.
3、gold member
Purchase gold member at branchs’ front desks under BTG Homeinn hotel group or on designated channel by BTG Homeinn hotel group (including official website) to become gold member.
If a silver member stays in five nights or accumulation growth value is more than 1500 in one member year , BGT Homeinn hotel group silver member will be given.
4、white gold member
white gold member(former platinum member changed the name as white gold member)
If a gold member stays in fifteen nights or accumulation growth value is more than 10000 in one member year , BGT Homeinn hotel group white gold member will be given.
5、diamond member
Diamond can’t be purchased.
If a diamond member stays in forty nights or accumulation growth value is more than 25000 in one member year , BGT Homeinn hotel group diamond member will be given.
6、upgrade
E member, silver member,gold member. white gold member can be upgraded if the needed rooms and nights or money reach to the next rank.
The number of the rooms and nights and growth values used to upgrade will be set to zero.
7、Growth value’s explaination
one point growth value= ¥1 room charge for overnights
8、youth card’s explaination
The students studying in colleges search and enter “BTG Homeinn hotel group service window” on Alipay wallet and click “youth card”button to become youth card member after identifying verification. If youth card member isn’t a student, BTG Homeinn hotel group gold member will be given automatically.

Silver member, gold member. white gold member,diamond member will be kept the rank if the member reaches the rank’s rooms and nights or money ,and booking without staying in times is less than 3
The number of the rooms and nights and growth values used to keep rank will be set to zero.
2、degrade
Silver member, gold member. white gold member,diamond member will be degraded to corresponding rank according to the member’s contribution if the member doesn’t reach the rank’s rooms and nights or money ,and booking without staying in times is more than 3 .The lowest rank is E member.
The number of the rooms and nights or growth values used to degrade will be set to zero.

If silver cards or gold cards were purchased, the lowest rank is the purchased rank .
Third、applicable scope of Homeinn membership
Homeinn membership is suitable for brands chain hotels under BTG Homeinn hotel group
he hotels which don’t join the member plan will be symbolized on official website.
Fourth、member rights
(first)、member rights
Homeinn membership members have the rights to enjoy the room charge discount(detail discounts are showed in attachment form)
Discount price is the listed retail price or the best valid room charge times discount rate. Discount rate is different because of the member rank and the booking hotel’s brand.
(sencond)、Room charge point rights
1、room charge point accumulation
Room charge point accumulation only includes room charge. It doesn’t include dinner, small goods and laundry and other consumption.
Points will be added up in case of only a member self staying in, otherwise the points won’t be added up. The points rate will be different because of the member’s rank (The discount is showed in attachment forms)
Points will be added up in case of a member booking and checking in through BTG Homeinn’ own channel or designated corporate channel. Points will not be added up for E members.
The consumption points produced in brands hotels under BRG Homeinn hotel group during staying in will be added up to the member’s account.
The valid period of members’ points (calculated from the date when the points become valid ) is two years.
Some hotels which don’t join the membership plan will be symbolized on official website.
The points will be added up in case of true and complete member’s information (including member’s name/certificate number/contact phone number), otherwise, the points will not be added up.
Room charge points exchange
Free guest rooms and gifts are exchanged online on BTG Homeinn hotel group official website www.bthhotels.com.
The standards and rules for points and gifts exchange are determined by the newest announcement or list on website.
The gifts can’t be changed or returned after exchange except quality problem.

BTG Homeinn hotel group answered the National Tax Bureau’ newest stored value business ‘s requirement released on 26th August 2016 and adjusted the policy of BTG Homeinn stored value invoices.
Value-added Tax Special Invoices will not be provided for stored value business since 1st September 2016, Only zero tax rate Value-added Tax Invoices are provided.
A BTG Homeinn hotel group’s member account has the function to store value(simply named as Homeinn traveling wallet below )
The using range of your stored money is all hotels under BTG Homeinn hotel group which support Homeinn traveling wallet function.
Please set 6 numbers payment password on Group’s official website when the Homeinn traveling wallet is the first time used to start Homeinn traveling wallet’s stored value function.
The money in Homeinn traveling wallet can be currently used on Group’s official website, mobile phone client, hotel front desk ,but can’t be used in other ways.
once the stored value function of Homeinn traveling wallet is used, the money can’t be withdrawed as cash .
In order to prevent to convert into cash, the money in Homeinn traveling wallet can be used to choose goods on the optimization platform, front desk goods, room charge and so on. Please choose carefully according to your actual needs.
The recharge amount must be a integer. The minimum unit is ¥1, Don’t recharge the amount with decimals.
The recharge highest amount is ¥5000 for every Homeinn traveling wallet. The sum of every recharge amount plus the account balance can’t be over ¥5000. When the account balance is over ¥5000, the account is limited to be recharged.
The hotel should provide a zero tax rate Value-added Tax Invoice one time when a member recharges in a hotel. The invoice won’t be provided when th member use the money in the wallet.(This item doesn’t suitable in Jianguo Hotel, BTG Nanyuan, Nanshan leisure club, BTG humble House, jialebi brand).
The invoice’s title can’t be blank, otherwise ,The default is individual.
A zero tax rate Value-added Tax Invoice will be provided one time if you recharge online on Group’s official website, App. The project is prepaid card .

Fifth、Manage member account
1、 member account
Every Homeinn membership member only has one count. It is used to gather vvaried member cards issued by brands under BTG Homeinn hotel group, electronic coupons, stored value funds management and so on. We also provide service such as member consumption inquiry, points inquiry, balance inquiry, personal account setting.
The preferential contents stipulated Homeinn membership including discount, rights, and points are only used according to member rules. Members mustn’t sale them online or offline through any person or any organization in any ways. Once founded, BTG Homeinn hotel will reject or cancel this king of orders, meanwhile, we have the rights to take back the offending member’s preferetial rights, points, service and membership. To identified transferred orders, BTG Homeinn hotel has the right to require the offending member to pay the gap price between listed retail price. The member self should be responsible for all loss.
If a member’s account has many bookings or other abnormal staying in needs, BTG Homeinn hotel has the right to reject or cancel the exceeding orders after verified. Meanwhile, the offending member’s prferential rights, points, service, and membership will be taken back. The member self should be responsible for all loss.
2、personal material maintenance
A member must provide true personal information accurately. If some contents such as contact way change, the member should refresh the information in time on www.bthhotels.com, Otherwise, BTG Homeinn hoptel group will not be responsible for any loss.
Sixth、member notice
1、If a member loses member card, it can be reapplied in brands chain hotels under BTG Homeinn hotel group. The member should pay ¥10 for the cost of production.
2、Homeinn membership receives China citizens and foreign friends over 18 years old.
3、This handbook's valid date is: 18th March 2017-31th December 2017
【exchange notice】
Methods:Gift exchanges are only received on official websit、APP、Wechat, aren’t received other ways such as telephone or visiting.。
Delivery range:he range of gift delivery is only limited in main land of China, Please fill in the address in Chinese.。
Delivery ways:Material gifts will be delivered by express delivery(except the areas where express delivery can’t reached.)。

7、Points can’t be used to exchange free room during important events (such as Guangzhou Fair, Chengdu sugar wine fair ) and special holidays.
