Is the member rank valid forever after the member rank was upgraded?
A

In one year since becoming the new rank member, the member rank will be kept if the number of overnights staying in brands hotels under BTG Homeinn hotel group satisfied the condition and the number of booked but not checked in is less three times, otherwise, the member rank will be degraded to lower rank till E member.

If a member’s silver card or gold card was bought,its lowest rank is the rank which was bought.

No, you can’t. when we calculate a member’s rank room and night, we just calculate the check in record of member self .when you use other’s member card to check in,we don’t calculate the rank room and night. Point is the same as the rank room and night. Only when a member self checks in ,we calculate the point.
