Homeinn hotel group accomplished privatization formally and returned to new march as Homeinn hotel group(simple name as Homeinn below) and signed merger agreement with A-shared listed company Beijing BTG Corp.ltd. group (simple name BTG below) and related companies on 6th November 2015. BTG paid cash to non principal shareholders in Homeinn hotel group to realize the privatization. Shareholders meeting in Homeinn hotel group discussed and agreed the merger agreement and privatization trade with BTG on 25th March 2016. The privatization was delivered on 1st April. Meanwhile, Homeinn delisted from Nasdaq Stock market in the USA and became a holding company of BTG to return to domatic market. As the biggest shareholder, BTG held about 65 percent shares of Homeinn. Homeinn management team didn't change. By the end of 31th December 2015, there were 2922 Homeinn hotels in 355 cities operating formally in China market since BTG Homeinn hotel group was created. This meregr provieded Homeinn hotel group an opportunity to corporate tightly with BTG and predicted that the both sides would have better resources, more talented people and wider platform together. In the predictable future, the both sides would make a successful service-type enterprise with hotels, traveling and culture to provide more, better ,more exquisite traveling service products and to make more contribution to the development in traveling hotels industry.
